Shipping policy

Lead time:

1.Spot orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours during business days, and custom orders are usually dispatched within a week..

2.No delivery during weekends and holidays.

3.Delivery time is estimated, this is depending on the carrier, delays may happen.

Shipping modes:

1.We deliver the goods from multiple warehouses and using different freight carriers depending on customer’s location.

2.The standard shipping cost is excluded the additional services, such as Lift Gate Service, Residential Delivery Service, or Phone Call Service, please specify at the time of ordering.

3.For remote or difficult to reach addresses it is possible that additional shipping charges can apply.

4.Any questions about shipping and freight, pls contact with our sales before purchase.

Shipment change and cancellation:

Any order change and modification may cause extra fees, please contact us in advance. We do not accept modification after order is deliver out.

Customers can cancel an order prior to the order being shipped. After the order has shipped, extra charge may be occurred for recall the shipment. Even if a tracking number is not uploaded it is still possible the product has been shipped since there may have been a delay in communication. Please check with us as soon as possible to cancel an order.

Shipping Damage:

Please inspect the goods before receiving them, and refuse to sign for them if they are seriously damaged. In any case, you should note any concerns you have about damaged packaging or missing parts on the drive copy of the bill of lading. Please also feedback to our sales team within 24 hours.

If the customer does not notate damage or missing products when signing, we are not able to file a claim or provide a return/refund.
